Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By booking with Sky Bridge Tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Deposits and Tickets
All deposits and issued tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable unless stated otherwise.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-reroutable. Name changes are strictly not permitted.
Fare prices are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. Any fare increase due to airline changes will be the responsibility of the traveler.
3. Passport, Visa, and Immigration Requirements
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid passports, visas (including any required transit visas), and other essential travel documents.
Sky Bridge Tickets is not responsible for any denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
4. Insurance and Baggage Loss
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Claims for lost or damaged baggage must be made directly with the airline. Sky Bridge Tickets accepts no responsibility for such losses.
5. Flight Details and Passenger Information
It is the traveler’s duty to review and confirm all flight details (names, dates, destinations, baggage allowances) prior to ticket issuance.
Reconfirmation of flight times is required at least 72 hours before departure.
6. Special Requests and Medical Issues
Requests such as meal preferences, seat selection, or wheelchair assistance should be made at the time of booking. Please note that these requests are not guaranteed.
7. Reservation and Payment Policies
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellation fees apply once a booking is confirmed.
Full payment is necessary to lock in the fare for scheduled flights.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations may be subject to additional charges. Cancellation fees are as follows:
Over 42 days before departure: Deposit only
29–42 days: 50% of the total cost
15–28 days: 70% of the total cost
8–14 days: 90% of the total cost
1–7 days: 100% of the total cost
Charter flight cancellations: 100% of the cost after ticket issuance
9. Complaints Procedure
Any issues during travel should be reported to local representatives immediately.
Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of your return to be considered.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All bookings are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
11. Agency Role and Liability
Sky Bridge Tickets acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers. We are not liable for their actions, service failures, or any resulting issues. By booking with Sky Bridge Tickets, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
